Just a note to say that the quizzes are back after a short break. And with a double quiz full of notes, just to celebrate! It’s all very notable.

I’ll be back when Dix has finished playing through!
I think he’s deep in research now.
Just saw Wong this morning in Shang-Chi. The guy gets around.
Wasn’t keen on that movie at all.
Seems OK for the first half hour. That’s as far as I’ve got. Better than Snake Eyes anyway.
Haven’t seen snake eyes, is that a marvel jobby too? Yes Shang Chi started out Ok, but later there’s a lot of silly cartoon/CGI alien animals that just had me eye rolling, enjoy!
Yeah, I’m halfway through now and it’s starting to slide.
Snake Eyes isn’t Marvel but part of the G. I. Joe franchise. And yes, it’s really sad there’s a G. I. Joe franchise. But I think Snake Eyes might have killed it.
That’s a new one on me, I’ll forgo the ? pleasure.
Wow, not a one! Good to see you back in fighting form…
I’m sure you know some of them. You’re just not fully awake yet!
Well, since Sir Otsy stopped blogging, and you taking a break, I haven’t had a quiz in a long time. I’m NOT in fighting form 🙂
Mind if I play through?

Mr. Holmes? Well, he’s a character in the movie.
Others all check out. Well played.
21. The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes.
*sigh* It’s like pulling teeth . . .
This is a hard one.
41. Goldfinger? I cannot remember which film he goes to fort knox in, but I’m sure it’s Sean Connery that does it.

8- Strange Case of J& H but it’s the same movie!
Hmmm. I’d have to see your work on that one. Neither title is the movie I got it from. I’ve been wrong before, but I have a feeling I’m right on this one.
I’ll email you my workings after breakfast.
8. The Picture of Dorian Grey 1945
8. Son of Dr Jekyll (1951)
You fibbed the first time.
Wait, who fibbed? I’m having trouble understanding comments this morning.
Dix fibbed, he told me 8 was Dorian Grey.
We have a winner! We won the juice!
Thank Wever for that. If I’d known juice was the prize I wouldn’t have played though.
Hm. I thought #3 would be the Prisoner of Zenda, but there aren’t motors or police in that movie. Hmmm.
21 and 29 have already been taken, too…
#15 is Airport 19…77? The one with Christopher Lee.
Yes! I thought that was pretty obvious but all the hard working cinephiles on it missed it! Give yourself a pat on the back!
