Enough with the movies! Time to crack open a good book. Books in movies, that is.

I guess I never pay attention to books! How I love the pictures of your quizzes though!!
Thanks Helene!
Man, while I recognize a lot of the books, I don’t recognize the surroundings. I once again only have one guess, and it’s a real guess.
25 Young Frankenstein
I’m not even sure of that though.
That’s right!
My almost unbroken record remains almost unbroken!
Hey! That was my guess!
Early bird gets the easy one 😀
I’ll hang on til Dix has ‘played through’.
Just as long as he replaces his divots.
Only one divot needs replacing around here…
Mind if I play through?
11 It
13 1408
17 Urban Legends
20. Daughter of Dr Jekyll
21 The Clovehitch Killer
22 Soylent Green
22 is really that obvious? I haven’t seen the movie but know the term and the famous scene. I just figured some other film used the name as an easter egg. Dang, I could have moved up to a rung in the Quiz Ladder if I’d known it was that simple.
In this case it really was that simple. In fact, three of the titles Dix got were there in the titles of the book. So he was definitely grabbing low-hanging fruit. But he did get the chapter wrong on one. At least if my notes are correct. Which Fraggle often reminds me they aren’t.
Easy when you know how…
Legend. Singular. I’ll give you a mulligan though.
11 It Chapter Two
The closest we’ve come to reviewing the same movie on the same day . . .
I’ll grab your low-hanging fruit in a minute, Bunty.
How much will I have to pay you?
The usual. Packet of Monster Munch and some Vimto.
Thanks for calling me a legend! I take these quizzes seriously, so nice to be recognised!
I’m sure we’ve reviewed the same film the same day before; I remember Fraggle noting it.
Nope. Never happened.
Did I? I forgot.
1) Bubba Ho-Tep (not sure but I like that it could be)
8) False Positive
12) Naked: The Criterion Collection
14) Hereditary
18) Rise of the Planet of the Apes
19) Chopping Mall
23) Zombie Land Double Tap
24) Chucky.
Oh, your search results do provide some smiles. Naked is just Naked. And “Chucky”? You’ll have to do better than that! Otherwise, gold star!
Bride/Seed/Curse/Cult of. Think probably bride judging by the nail polish with Seed as a reserve.
I’m a big fan of Naked: The Criterion Collection.
I had a feeling you would be.
One of these is right!
Yes.
24.Seed of Chucky.
That’s right. But not even low-hanging fruit. Windfall apples.
Yep. Got that.
This is far too difficult for me; watching films on my phone has ruined my eyes, Alex! Low hanging fruit gone and therefore so am I…
You definitely shouldn’t be watching films on your phone. Unless you’re driving . . .
Wasn’t driving, but I was in a car…
